The idea of creating cashew milk originated with H.E. Dr. Thun Vathana, Second Vice President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, from his vision to turn Cambodia's own agricultural resources into practical Khmer solutions.

H.E. Dr. Vathana has always devoted his ideas, time, and personal resources to finding practical ways to support Cambodia's development and add value to Cambodian agricultural products.

With his vision, guidance, and support, the Research Center for Agriculture and Nutrition at the National Innovation Agency (NIA) conducted research and developed the idea into a practical cashew milk product.

Cashew milk is more than just a new drink. It is an example of how Cambodian ideas, local resources, and research can come together to create solutions for Cambodia, while adding value to cashews, supporting farmers, and creating new opportunities.
